Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal – EUR 2.99 / FREE OF CHARGE for purchases of EUR 25 and up!
The products will be delivered to the selected parcel terminal in 1–5 business days after receipt of order confirmation.
You will receive a text message (SMS) which confirms arrival of the products in the parcel terminal and includes the locker door code, location of the parcel terminal, the return code and the end of the storage term.
The parcel terminals are located in shopping centres and can be accessed in the opening hours of the grocery store in the building.
Omniva parcel terminal – EUR 2.35 / FREE OF CHARGE for purchases of EUR 25 and up!
The products will be delivered to the selected parcel terminal in 1–5 business days after receipt of order confirmation.
You will receive a text message (SMS) which confirms arrival of the products in the parcel terminal and includes the locker door code, location of the parcel terminal, the return code and the end of the storage term.
The parcel terminals are open 24/7 and are usually located in shopping centres near the entrance.
Omniva courier – EUR 4.30 / FREE OF CHARGE for purchases of EUR 50 and up!
The products will be delivered to your selected address by courier in 1–5 business days after receipt of order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone to agree on a time suitable for delivery.
Omniva / Eesti Post post office – EUR 3.68 / FREE OF CHARGE for purchases of EUR 50 and up!
The ordered products will be delivered to the post office in 1–5 business days after receipt of order confirmation. You will receive a text message if the order arrives at the post office.
The Customer is required to preserve the barcode on product packaging until the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. The Customer can replace or return a product, if necessary, by using the barcode.
Before finalising an order, the Customer is required to verify the accuracy of his/her contact details to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery.
The Seller is not liable for any delays and misunderstandings in delivery of the products if such delays or misunderstandings are caused by the Customer providing inaccurate or incorrect data when finalising the order.
If the product fails to reach the Customer in good condition and in a closed package, the Customer is required to notify the Online Shop by sending an e-mail to: info@diamande.ee
